Appointment-Only Policy (No Walk-Ins)

To ensure every client receives our full attention, we operate on an appointment-only basis.

Last-Minute Bookings: Please check our online calendar for last-minute availability. It is updated in real-time; if a slot is visible, it is available for instant booking.
Hidden Availability: If the calendar appears full, feel free to call us to double-check. We can occasionally accommodate requests due to recent cancellations that haven't refreshed online yet.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness to our therapists and other clients, we adhere to the following policies:

12–24 Hour Notice: Rescheduling or cancellations made within this window incur no fees.
Short-Notice Rescheduling Fees: If you request to reschedule within 6 hours of your appointment, a £10 fee applies. For requests made within 3 hours, the fee increases to £20.
Last-Minute Changes: Rescheduling or cancellations made 30–60 minutes before your appointment are not permitted unless it is a verified medical or psychological emergency.
Late Cancellations (Under 45 Minutes): Plans changed within 45 minutes of your start time result in no refund. You will be expected to rebook your treatment at the original full price.
Emergency Rescheduling: In the event of a medical emergency or family devastation, we allow a one-time emergency reschedule per calendar year. Your deposit will be retained to secure the new date.

Lateness & Grace Period

Charisma Full Circle Massage operates on a strict schedule to respect the time of all guests. Communication is mandatory if you are running late.

15-Minute Grace Period: We offer a 15-minute window for all appointments.
Treatment Extensions: For treatments of 45, 60, 90, or 120 minutes, arriving late will result in a shortened session. We cannot offer extensions as our therapists often have back-to-back clients or non-negotiable breaks immediately following your session.
30-Minute Treatments: If you are 15 minutes late for a 30-minute session, the appointment will be automatically cancelled.
No-Call, No-Show: If you do not arrive and fail to communicate, your appointment will be cancelled, and full payment will be extracted to compensate the therapist and the business.

Hello, my name is Charisma Nganga

I have been practicing for six years. I have always been deeply passionate about helping others; I know that is something said by many, yet I have always been uniquely fascinated by the psychology of people. I found myself drawn to understanding our mental cages—the limitations, habits, routines, and identities we carry within us. Even with this curiosity, it wasn’t until I saw a course online that I observed how massage was the perfect profession for me. It was the missing piece that connected the mind to the body. My Mission: A Sanctuary of Stillness My goal is to provide a peaceful sanctuary in Croydon, bringing together qualified massage therapists and counsellors to provide not just a physical release, but a mental one as well. To me, massage is a profound form of Nervous System Regulation. In the busy, fast, and stressful template of modern life, I believe that stillness should be a guarantee.
