Hello, my name is Charisma Nganga

I have been practicing for six years. I have always been deeply passionate about helping others; I know that is something said by many, yet I have always been uniquely fascinated by the psychology of people. I found myself drawn to understanding our mental cages—the limitations, habits, routines, and identities we carry within us. Even with this curiosity, it wasn’t until I saw a course online that I observed how massage was the perfect profession for me. It was the missing piece that connected the mind to the body. My Mission: A Sanctuary of Stillness My goal is to provide a peaceful sanctuary in Croydon, bringing together qualified massage therapists and counsellors to provide not just a physical release, but a mental one as well. To me, massage is a profound form of Nervous System Regulation. In the busy, fast, and stressful template of modern life, I believe that stillness should be a guarantee.

After years of navigating a high-pressure, sales-driven environment, I reached a turning point. I realized I wanted more than just the cycle of chasing numbers; I wanted to build something meaningful. I felt a calling to connect with people on a real level and make a genuine impact on their daily lives. That shift happened seven years ago, and it led me away from the boardroom and toward the healing power of touch. Expertise & Evolution Since then, I have dedicated myself to mastering the art of physical restoration. My background in sales gave me an acute understanding of how burnout and stress manifest in the body, which now informs every session I lead. By combining technical precision with intuitive care, I help my clients transition from the "hustle" of life into a state of deep, restorative recovery.

Hidden Availability: If the calendar appears full, feel free to call us to double-check. We can occasionally accommodate requests due to recent cancellations that haven't refreshed online yet.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

12-Hour Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any standard rescheduling or cancellations. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting.
Emergency Rescheduling: We understand that life can be unpredictable. In the event of a medical emergency or family devastation (affecting you or a loved one), we allow for an emergency reschedule.
- The Deposit: In these cases, your deposit will be retained to secure the new date.
- Limit: This emergency courtesy can only be used once per calendar year. Please ensure you are fully ready to attend before rebooking.

Lateness & Grace Period

Charisma Full Circle Massage stays very busy, and we must remain on schedule for all guests.

Communication is Mandatory: If you are running late, you must contact us immediately.
15-Minute Grace Period: We offer a 15-minute grace period. However, if you arrive late, we cannot guarantee you will receive your full treatment time.
No-Call, No-Show: If you do not arrive and fail to communicate, your appointment will be cancelled. In this instance, full payment will be extracted to compensate the therapist and the business.
